An independent installer
based in Ryhall
Ventana Windows and Doors is owned and run by Harvey Sanders. He started the business nearly seven years ago, after years learning the trade, and built it on clear communication, honesty and careful window and door installation.
Harvey is your point of contact through survey, ordering and fitting, rather than a separate sales team. On bigger installations he works alongside long-term trade friends he trusts.
He wants you to feel relaxed throughout. That means turning up when he says he will, explaining your options in plain English, and treating your home with care.

Is the survey and quote really free?+
Yes. Harvey visits, measures up and advises on materials and styles, then gives you a written quote. There's no obligation to go ahead.
Who will actually fit my windows?+
Harvey does. He's with you from the first call to the final check. On larger jobs he brings in long-term trade friends he trusts.
What guarantee do I get?+
Installations come with a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. Harvey is also Assure registered and holds £2m public liability insurance.
How does payment work?+
A 50% deposit is taken for most standard installations (60% for projects involving aluminium products), and the balance on completion. Debit or credit card, or bank transfer (BACS).
Do you repair misted units or replace seals?+
No. Ventana focuses on supplying and fitting new windows and doors, not repairs.
