Because Ventana is a sole trader business, every customer deals directly with Harvey. He takes the first call, carries out the free survey, writes the quote, keeps you updated through ordering and fits the products himself. For larger installations, he brings in trusted, long-term trade colleagues so the job is done safely and to the same standard.
