Ventana Ryhall terms and conditions

These terms apply to work supplied and installed by Ventana Windows and Doors, run by Harvey Sanders, 18 Highlands, Ryhall, Stamford PE9 4HN.

Quotes

Surveys and quotes are free and carry no obligation. All work is quoted individually based on the survey of your property.

Deposits and payment

• A 50% deposit is required for most installations before products are ordered.
• A 60% deposit is required for projects involving aluminium products.
• The balance is due on completion, after the final inspection with you.
• We accept debit and credit cards and BACS bank transfer.

Made-to-measure products

Windows and doors are manufactured to your specification once the deposit is paid. Your statutory cancellation rights apply; please ask Harvey before ordering if you have any questions about changes or cancellation.

Installation

Harvey will agree an installation date with you and keep you updated on ordering and delivery. Please ensure clear access to the areas being worked on.

Scope of work

We supply and install new windows and doors. We do not carry out repairs, seal replacements or misted unit replacements.

Guarantee and insurance

Installations carry a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee, with documentation issued at handover. We are an Assure registered installer under the Competent Person Scheme and hold £2 million public liability insurance.
